2. 100% Genuine Appliances & Brand Warranty
All home appliances (Smart TVs, Refrigerators, ACs, Coolers, Washing Machines, Microwaves, Geysers, and Fans) are 100% brand new, factory sealed, and covered under manufacturer warranty. Customers receive an official GST Tax Invoice containing device serial numbers for seamless warranty support across all authorized brand service centers in India.
3. GST Compliance & B2B Invoicing
All prices listed on GENSUI are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory GST (18% / 28% as applicable on consumer appliances and electronics under Indian GST Law). Registered B2B businesses can enter their GSTIN at checkout to claim full Input Tax Credit (ITC).
4. Safe Packaging & Insured Transit
Every appliance is dispatched in heavy-duty shockproof protective transit packaging with 100% transit insurance. In case of transit damage, customers must notify support@gensuiindia.com within 24 hours of delivery.
